While Kaija was enjoying her Yoga classes, Gary went swimming...with a purpose...hunter/gathering was on his mind. Taking to water like a duck from an early age made this exercise program one of great relaxation and enjoyment. Especially when, on a good day, you could invite a large black Grouper, Cubera Snapper, Ocean Trigger, Permit, Blue Runner or Jack home for dinner...and with a little luck and good aim that’s exactly what happened. It was a lot of fun and the most successful hunting season of our sailing adventure. Like the old saying...How do you get to Carnagie Hall?..Practice, Practice, Practice ;o)
