Linton is located mid-way
between Colon Panama and the San Blas Islands and a favorite stop over En-route. This is one of the best anchorages on this coast,
lying about 8 miles east of Portobello (famous cruising grounds of the
notorious pirate Captain Morgan and the final resting place of the famous
explorer Captain Drake). Linton offers
excellent shelter from every direction.
It also offers an active social life with Ladies Dominoes on Thursday and
Sunday ping pong at the home of Benny and her sloth Druger.
